How do I track my order?

For domestic deliveries, please enter your shipment or reference number into www.skynetworldwide.net or email us  for an update.

My order hasn’t arrived by the promised delivery date – what should I do?

We try our utmost to provide excellent delivery. In such an event please email  with your order number. Late deliveries are eligible for refund.

My order is incomplete/products are missing – what should I do?

In such an event please email us within 36 hours after receiving the parcel with your order number and a picture of the products received along with your receipt. Our customer care team will contact the carrier to start an investigation. Please make sure to keep the packaging until you have established that it is no longer needed for the investigation.

In case of a shipment that went missing as the result of an error by the carrier (and after the complaint procedure of the carrier has been completed), The Grand Pet Company will either refund the customer or try to re-ship the ordered product.

Can I add a promo code to my order after it has been submitted? (I forgot to add my promo code)

After order has been placed, promo codes cannot be applied. The promo or discount code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before placing the order.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. We will email you a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Can I make changes to my order?

We usually do not accept changes to an order after it has been placed, however please email thegrandpetcompany@gmail.com to see if we are able to help.

Why are personalised items shipped separately?

Depending on our current volume of orders, we may ship out your non-personalized items first and then follow-up with the personalized ones when ready. There will be no additional shipping charges than what was originally quoted on your initial order.

Can my personalised items be returned?

Unfortunately we cannot refund nor exchange personalised items.

I’m unhappy with my purchase - what shall I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible, where we will assist you with our best efforts.

Do you have a physical catalogue that I could receive?

We only provide physical catalogues to our retailers and wholesalers. However, you can view our current digital catalogue in our About Us section.

How do I measure my dog?

COLLARS: Measure your dog’s neck with a flexible tape. Note that you cannot size collars based on a weight measurement. 

CHEST: Measure the circumference of the dog’s chest/girth right behind the front legs for apparel and harness sizing. 

APPAREL: Measure your dog from their neck to the beginning of their tail. We provide collar, harness and apparel measurements in our product descriptions.

No, for safety purposes, our cat leads are only sold in a set with a matching harness.
