Shipping policy
DELIVERY COSTS
We strive to make our online ordering process as simple as possible. We offer FREE UAE standard shipping on all orders over 200AED. Any order with a basket total below this amount will incur a flat rate shipping cost of 20AED.
DELIVERY TIMES AND INFORMATION
Most of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse and will be sent via our selected courier; we aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days. If for any reason there is a delay in the delivery, The Grand Pet Company will notify the customer by email as soon as possible.
Some of our products are handmade to order or they can be personalised. These products will have a longer delivery timeframe. This is normally a maximum of 14-21 working days.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of multiple products, these products may be delivered separately and the customer will accept part delivery of an order at no extra cost.
The Grand Pet Company does not accept any liability for delay, despatch or delivery and cannot be held responsible for delivery at any set time on a particular day.
The Grand Pet Company ships mainly to the UAE but will also, on request by the customer, ship internationally, where available, and subject to extra shipping charges.
The Grand Pet Company will not accept liability for the delivery of products that are shipped directly from a supplier. Some delivery methods will require the customer to sign for the acceptance of the goods.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery is available but will currently be processed via email. Please email us at info@thegrandpetcompany.com with a list of the items you would like to order (including sizes and colours) and your full delivery address for a shipping quote and order instructions.
